We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Field Technician to join our team in Los Angeles County, CA. As a leading provider of cutting-edge AV solutions, we offer an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the seamless execution of AV systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot audiovisual equipment, including but not limited to projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing equipment, and control systems.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure the successful implementation of AV solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
• Conduct on-site visits to various client locations within Los Angeles County and possibly neighboring areas.
• Perform system testing and quality assurance to guarantee optimal AV system performance and user experience.
• Integrate and program Crestron control systems to provide intuitive user interfaces and efficient AV control.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use and maintenance of AV equipment and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the AV field.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including installation, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician, with a strong emphasis on installing and servicing AV systems.
• Proficiency in Crestron programming and configuration is essential.
• Sound knowledge of audiovisual signal flow, cabling, and system integration.
• Familiarity with various AV equipment brands and models.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective client interactions.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable transportation is a must, as travel within Los Angeles County and potentially nearby regions is required.
